At Frame School, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that necessitate a student’s withdrawal from a program. In such cases, we have a refund policy in place that specifies deductions and permissible refunds.

If a student informs Frame School in writing about withdrawal or not joining a program at least 15 days before the commencement of the program, they will receive a 100% refund of the balance amount after deducting the acceptance fee.
If a student withdraws from a program after attending classes for up to 15 calendar days or informs Frame School in writing about not continuing after 15 calendar days without attending any classes, the following deductions will apply:
Acceptance fee (100%)
Tuition fee (100%)
Assessment/portfolio fee (100%)
Software and IT charges (subjected to courses)
Security deposit (100%)
The remaining balance if any will be refunded.
